So on the 19th I went out and got trashed, the 20th I ate to nurse the hung over tummy. Today I'm back and feel strong.

Ate......
some dorritos, cookie, n chex mix this am
1/2 can diet coke
took a stacker pill
did my arms workout
1/2 can chick noodle soup (minus the noodles) for lunch
mowed the yard, racked, pulled some weeds
1/2 a pint cookies and cream ice cream (like 340cals)
did my stepper for 26mins and burnt like 365cals (awesomeness)
1 hard boiled egg, and 1 hard boiled egg white

Tomorrow
restrict
possible butts and gutts class at 9:30am
who knows what else I will do, stuff at home for sure

I'm SO not a people person today and it's only 8:50am
I just ate my cals for today and will be busy all day so no more food, yay, excited about something.

lose 2lbs every wk

Feb 12: UGW: 119lb (hold that weight for 1month)
